Case Summary:
Nancy Rutigliano files suit against Valley Business Forms and other manufacturers and distributors of carbonyls carbon paper forms. Rutiliano contends that she developed a permanent medical condition after prolonged contact with a chemical used in the processing of the forms. She seeks damages from the manufacturers. Valley Business Forms responds with a motion for summary judgment.
